    Hi all,
So after scratching the surface to learn a bit about Aya and Iboga, I'm more drawn to what is said about the lessons Iboga can teach to work through this current mentality I have and plan on traveling to a provider in the next few months.
It seams to be difficult to find resources on psycho-spiritual use, treatment reports for drug addiction are many fold and while these are interesting, that is not the reason I will be partaking.
I'm on a mission to educate myself as to how best to prepare for the experience and gain the most from it so would like to ask those with experience how they prepared for it, if they can recommend any reading material or doco's. Youtube uni has been helpful and I am am currently reading Vincent Ravalec's book Iboga.
Any thoughts will be warmly recieved.
    Thanks,
    Jeff
